[HCDX]: La Voz del Rio Tarqui QSL

Today I received a QSL card,letter,postcards from
"La Voz del Rio Tarqui",Cuena,Ecuador.
After many follow ups and with help of the dutch
embassy in Quito,total more as 14 years.
v/s was Alicia Pulla Celleri, Gerente.
Most embassys and consulates will help to QSL,
so If you have hard to QSL stations
contact a embassy or consulate.
I have good experiences with them till now,
so give It a try!
