PIRATE EUROPE - The International Music Radio program schedule is: -
nearly every Sunday: on 7415 kHz USB 100W, starting around 1000 UTC 
with "Quality Music Show" - Monday evenings: 3900 kHz LSB 100W, starting
around 1900 UTC with "Music and DX-Info program"   (From IMR infosheet /
Radiorama Pirate News) --- In the past days I received the following
pirate information from Yellow Submarine Radio and Bungalow Bill: -
Radio Am-Meer-Land is scheduled the third show in Frisian/German/English
via Radio 510 Int. for the 12th December 1998. There will be a new QSL
card (no. 4) for reports about this show. --- Zendstation, Ronalieza,
Moonlight, Studio, Nooitgedacht have put together a half hour show with
lots of Dutch pirate songs, featuring stations like Radio Belmona, Radio
Brecia, Bellamy, shirocco, etc., in commemoration of some befriend Dutch
FM-stations who  stopped broadcasting after intense PTT activities. The
programme will be transmitted in late November or early December in the
48 mb via a befriend station. --- A brandnew project is Mozart Radio,
whose aim is to handle with classical music in a different way. Their
first show is scheduled to be included  into the ACC (Alternative
Christmas Channel) project. Two programmes are ready: the first show
deals with beautiful and easy listening classical music  from Bohemiam
composers, the second show is about classical music as a basis for
popular tunes. The operators try to show that classical music is worth
listening to all music enthusiasts. Address is c/o FRI. - At present
Yellow Submarine Radio record the next programme, they might be heard

SEYCHELLES -  FEBA in Divehi still being jammed on Fridays only from
1630-1700 on 11665. This is the first Divehi foreign broadcaster and
Maldives is against any Christian broadcasts claiming to be a 100%
Islamic State. Jamming is of a varying tone hardly noticeable
interference, but maybe strong in the Maldives. They are listed to have
one 30Kw and another 7.5 shortwave transmitter. What lengths people go

SOMALIA - 6843 R. Hargeisa, good reception for last few days and
English/Somali lesson has been observed at 1739-1746 and it is
interesting to note that after R. Mogadishu / V.O.P Radio Hargeisa also
has started to broadcast English program, However still no trace of R.
