[HCDX]: R. Tupi or R. Universo ??

Dear Dx-ers
During the last month I regularly receive a Brasilian station on 11.765.15 kHz.
Program in the early evening hours (19.00 - 21.00 hrs) mainly consists of 
religious talk (apparently a preacher creating some dramatic effect sin his 
voice). I have heard two clear ID's as "R. Tupi, Sao Paulo" Same program also 
heard on 9565 kHz (no ID yet).
Both these frequencies are listed for R. Universo (Curitiba). 
>From my own memory, I know that the 25m frequency used to be a R. Tupi channel 
in the mid eighties.
Did R. Universo leave these channels, or do they just re-broadcast R. Tupi 
programs ?
