[HCDX]: Sunrise Radio

GERMANY 5850 Assumed Sunrise Radio via Julich 1822-1827 music, a male 
almost sounded like chatting over music.  1827-1828 Male announcer in 
accented English said "(Cambomb in) Botswana, ... family and friends 
... wish you happiness to the world."  This was followed by a similar 
type song 1828-1830.  Carrier abruptly cut at 1830. Signal was poor 
and fair at fade ups.  (30 Nov HARMS-MD)  

Can someone confirm the identity of this station?
