Loggings made during 28 November 1998 KYW silent period. TIMES IN UTC 
 
1060 GUATEMALA, TGT Radio Sonora, Guatemala. (Slogan Heard/ Call and 
Location Assumed) Nov 28 0546 soft music and announcement with a 
mention of Radio Sonora. Fair, poor signal; one of at least 4 or 5 
stations trying to dominate channel during KYW Silent period.  Not 
heard after 0600 assumed off the air.

1060 MEXICO, XEEP, Radio Educacion, Mexico. Nov 28 0637 Music and ID 
with calls, slogan, location, and frequency.  Fair to poor signal 
dominating the channel over at least three other stations including 
probable WLNO during KYW Silent Period.
