I caution everyone to not send reports to this gentleman.

Although he is working for AFRTS he is not directly related to 
AFRN Key West and has had nothing to do with the broadcast.  
We may be burdening him with more work than he should have.  I 
am a QSL hound myself and understand the zeal to get one, but 
please keep in mind what I am saying here.
