[HCDX]: R. Jordan back on air

Hello,

Today Radio Jordan English service was back on the air on 11690 kHz after a
period of about two weeks. Normally the broadcast between 1100-1730 UTC but
is time they were already on air before. This is good news for the
participants in the EAWRC-contest.
