[HCDX]: Station on 9810 kHz

Received this morning btwn 0700-0730 unid station on 9810 kHz with chinese
music. Weak signal here in Spain.  I was hoping for Kiribati until I heard
the chinese song. Besides, it is still early for KIR (first reception here
last year in January) and no other South Pac stations were audible this
morning. Any info?
