I called KIHM-1590 (KSMH's sister station in Reno, per the website), the lady told me they will "definitely" be on the 'the first week of November, perhaps even Monday (11/2)'. So I finally got a straight answer. They will apparently be simulcasting 1590 (Immaculate Heart Ministry, which is what KIHM's call letters mean). KSMH's call letters mean "Sacramento's Most Holy"...
