[HCDX]: New station on 1680

I am hearing a station on 1680 playing rap music.  Listened for an ID
at the TOH at 2000 ET 14 Oct 1998 but there was too much lightning
crash interference.  I heard an OC earlier in the day at 1530 ET, so
suspect somewhere like New Jersey. Bill Harms - Elkridge, Maryland.
