[HCDX]: Tropical 14-80 and others

Hello to all,
Some time ago I could hear a station in Spanish with ID: "TROPICAL 14-80" on 
1480 kHz. I guess Puerto Rico, but is this the same station that "Sonido 14-80" 
from Fajardo?. Anyone knows the address and verie signer?.
Same for "RADIO DEPORTES" (special programmes from Caracol) on 690 
kHz?

BTW, Any of you have ever QSL'ed Radio Cadena Nacional or Caracol 
Network?
