[HCDX]: AIR Regional Logging

Logged October 12, between 0100 and 0200 UTC:

5010   All India Radio Thiruvanathapuram.  Very good signal!  Thanx to
Radio Cristal in the Dominican Republic, who usually ruin any chance of
logging this one by leaving their carrier on (causing an enormous
heterodyne) after signing off, this was heard because Cristal did not
leave the carrier on this particular evening (Sunday night local).

Curiously, no other Indian regionals were heard at this time, or even
normally-reliable 11620.
