Hello.

Try 7110 kHz LSB. It's the national call frequency of cuban amateurs. There's
also a frequency on the 20m band, I can't recall the numbers right now.

Presumably (I haven't checked) utility staions (Volmets) such as New York
Radio, and the TISs in the US, and WWV will also have coverage on this natural
disaster.
