[HCDX]: Azerbaijan on nfq

Radio Azerbaijan, Baku, was noted September 12th with English in progress
at 1713 UTC on the new frequency of 9164.97 kHz. The signal was very strong
with no interference.
They still announced English at 1800-1830 GMT on 6135 kHz. However I guess
they do mean 1700-1730 UTC.
