[HCDX]: Bangui back on short wave

For the past few nights I've been hearing Bangui from the Central African
Republic back on short wave on the (slightly) new frequency of 5036.36 kHz
until the new s/off time at 2100 UTC. Receptions isn't very good and I'm
sure they are no way near to the nominel power of 100 kW. Sounds more like
100 W to me.

I believe the station returned back on short wave a couple of weeks ago -
after they have been silent on SW for some 6 or 7 months.
