[HCDX]: June '98 WHAMLOG and WHAMFM files

I've just uploaded the latest  WHAMLOG files based on changes to the
FCC's databases during June '98. Mexican AM entries appear without a
date, as they did last month. I was hoping, that when this first
happened, that the FCC might be working on updating their Mexican list,
but maybe not.

WHFM9806.ZIP  is a compressed file that contains nearly 96K of changes
to the FCC's FM database during the month of June. WHAM9806 is a
compressed file containing 15K of changes to the FCC's AM database
during the same period.

WHAM9806 and WHFM9806 are files which show only updates during the past
month. The information contained in them is also included in the larger
files, like WHAMLOG and WHAMFM.
