[HCDX]: Log: 1575 Stoke Mandeville HR

Last night, 1st May 22.32 - 23.30UTC I heard Stoke Mandeville Hopital Radio on 
1575kHz. After 4weeks regular observations here in Germany, I was lucky to catch 
an ID at 23.04UTC and 23.11UTC. Antenna was a 2element-phased-Loop-array.
