[HCDX]: Ecuador MW log; web update

I've just added my detailed (71 kilobytes) Ecuadorian MW log
to my website. This includes logs made while in Ecuador in October 
and November, 1997. Most stations logged were Ecuadorian or
Colombian. There are many transcribed IDs. Some other additions
have been made to the site, if you haven't looked at it for a while.

To get to the Ecuadorian MW log, go to either "What's New" or
the "DX Loggings" menu, or else choose Ecuador from the Latin
American countries menu.
