[HCDX]: Fine Tuning editor's names

Before I list the names and email addresses of the FT editors, a final
word. Fine Tuning was EXCELLENT. Their "Proceedings" exceeded even that
adjective. Just more reasons why people miss FT and want an explanation.
Their "excellence" was never in question, and IMHO [sic] it has NOTHING
to do with the issue as to what happened and why nobody yet, to my
knowledge, has explained exactly what happened. People still want to
know what happened to the $$ which were paid, and for which full
reimbursement, or at least an explanation, should be provided. If there
was a "medical" or other reasonable explanation, then it should be
provided. Then, individuals can ask for their money back or not as the
situation warrants.
