[HCDX]: ADMIN: delays expected next 3 days

To all,

Some delays are expected in Hard-Core-DX emails (delays = hours, not
days). I am going with my wife and group of people to Lake Tahoe NV for
2 nights. I have laptop with me but planning to spend more time in casinos
than going through HCDX emails. I will probably check emails 1-2 times
per day and approve any mails sent to the list.

Also, I would like to comment some recent topics here. Unfortunately I 
haven't had much time to concentrate with these issues as I was transfered
to America Online when WorldPlay Entertainment was integrated to it. So
it has kept me busy in the work as my responsibilities have grown dramatically
last few months. Anyway, I would like to point out what's the purpose of this
list: it's HARD-CORE, unheard, very rare, hot tips. Please keep the level
high, this is NOT beginner's list, this is for veterans and those who take
DXing as a way of life. Also, please keep useless comments out from here.
For example, you don't have to thank anyone about anything. It doesn't have
any value for large audience this list have (361 subscribers right now).
