*Highly* irregular. I've visited the station and it's a very low-
budget operation (although it is the oldest station in town). If you 
want to QSL Venezuela, Ecos del Torbes is a better bet. I've got some 
photos of Ecos del Torbes on the website below. Haven't added the 
Valera ones yet.
