[HCDX]: Radio Cochiguaz, test from somewhere in South America

RADIO COCHIGUAZ from somewhere in South America, will fulfil only a test transmission, testing a new location on next Sunday 22, between *0100-0150* UTC on 6950 khz LSB. The transmission may be suspended by local storms or by insufficient in the current supply. 
Reception reports will be confirmed with a QSL card (please include 2 IRCs to cover postal fees only) if you send the sames by snail mail by way of: 
  -RC, Casilla 2571, Buenos Aires 1000, Argentina. 
  or -RC, Box 109, Blue Ridge Summit, PA 17214, USA.
