[HCDX]: 1640khz loggings

1640 WPKX724 (call listed) PA, (six possible sites). Heard references
     by a male announcer to "Pennsylvania Turnpike," "Highway
     Advisory Radio," and "test."  They faded up a couple of times

I also heard parts of this Monday Night around 7 pm local "this is a test", 
I also heard a second station mixed with with what seemed like weather 
forecasts for Virginia coast and Chesapeake Bay, could this be University of 
Maryland?
Lightning crashes are making this band increasingly more difficult.
