They are still on the air, and this address is listed on the business
card I received from Chief Engineer Jon Book not too long ago:

c/o Quad Cities Radio Group, 3535 East Kimberly Road, Davenport, IA
52807.  The station transmitter is still located in Rock Island,
Illinois.

By the way, this address is also good for WLLR-1230, and WOC-1420, and
Mr. Book is an excellent QSLer.
