[HCDX]: Colombian CARACOL stn on 960 kHz

Hello all!

Last night (3-Feb UT) there was one of the Caracol stations coming in very,
very strong on 960 kHz (strength sometimes s-9+), and I had solid copy for
about 1/2 hour. At one moment, there was an ID only as "Caracol Popayan".
The txn was // 5076 kHz, but that's another transmitter.

I need help (I don't have a WRTH, and my browser is giving me problems) on this:
a)      Is this Caracol from Popayán?
b)      Could someone give the address?


I also heard a weak signal on 1305 kHz, but impossible to read; I know it's
not in any of the Americas.  Could you help me with a list of stns on this freq?
