[HCDX]: 5015 Turkmen R English

Some time ago I saw a news item about this station having news in English
at 14 hrs UT on Tues/Thu/Fri/Sun. I checked it last Tuesday but there was
only normal Turkmen programming at that time. Has anyone heard them in
English?
