[HCDX]: WHAMLOG files January/98 updates

WHAMLOG files extracted  from the FCC AM and FM databases (Jan 31/98)
are now available on the WHAMOG Page. January AM changes and additions
are contained in  WHAM9801.ZIP while those for FM are contained in
WHFM9801.ZIP.
