This is probably HJAJ from Barranquilla.  Frequently heard here in
eastern Massachusetts (along with WJR, YVQQ, Guyana, Cuba, & others)

XEW in Mexico City and XEWB in Veracruz are possible.  These are in
parallel as far as I know.  Mexico City (with 250 kW) occasionally
reaches the northeastern US.
