many thanks to all who replied my question on UNID 1290 and KUJ 1420.

Today I have one more question:

1470 KBSN Moses Lake WA - does anybody know the current QSL policy of this
                          station and its verie-signer ?
                          I heard this 1 kW station in Denmark (DXP Blokhus), 
                          Dec 29,1430... UTC

I fully agree to Martin Elbe:s opinion on MW pirates, I still remember
one of them heavily spoiling the rare reception of KBSN 1470.
At such moments you are not far away from a heart attack (well, DXing should
be a hobby, a joy... but...)
