1215 may have been Virgin Radio from the U.K.  They seem to be the most
often reported here in the U.S. on that freq.  I've heard 'em here
several times.

Incidentally, when Saudi Arabia is coming in on 1521 and/or 1512, check
for the BBC Oman Relay Station, with 750 kw.  I'm going on memoy here,
but I think the frequency is 1413 kHz.
