This could very well be the Radio Jamaica Ltd. 720 kHz outlet at Naggs Head
(studios in Kingston). I've heard it several times and it was also reported
infrequently to my ODXA column. Loggings of the JBC outlets on 700 and 750 were
more frequent than this one.Here's the FCC's data extracted from WHAMLOG:
