On the 24th of december I heard at 1857 on 5020 khz X-mas songs with weak
signalstrength. Ofcourse I hoped to hear the Solomon Islands, however the
signal was lost in the noise. I tried again on 25 december and I was amazed
to hear a weak German broadcasting station, just before 1900 giving the
weather for several places, a.o. Malta. Also this time the station was lost
in the noise. On the 26th of december nothing was heard at 1855. So, also
here in the Netherlands this signal is audible.
