[HCDX]: December 1997 WHAMLOG updates

Earlier today, I uploaded the latest WHAMLOG files which reflect changes
to the FCC's AM and FM databases in December.

A list of changes for AM and FM in the respective FCC databases for
December are:

WHAM9712.ZIP
WHFM9712.ZIP

Anyone still waiting for their copies of  WHAMSRCH.EXE with
print-capabilities, please be patient. I've had numerous request and
will try to get out my backlog in the next couple of days.
