DEC 26 - 0300+z - pirate noted on 1689.67 kHz for the past hour and
a half. Big Band Music, no announcements. Signal is peaking about
S6 here on the coast but is much stronger in the Midwest - way over
S9 signals in Youngstown, OH and Louisville, KY. Guess Santa brought
someone a transmitter!
