[HCDX]: early trans Atlantics from British Columbia

24 December 2315 UTC:   Who has time for DXing just now?  Yet 1314 kHz is
fading up to audio every few minutes, and mysterious carriers have appeared
on 1008, 1386 and 1467 kHz...it's an hour before local sunset.
