[HCDX]: CJOB 680kHz heard at 14.00 UTC in Germany

I heard 23/12 between 14.00 UTC and 15.00 UTC CJOB Winnipeg, MB with clear ID at 
14.15 UTC. Around 15.00 UTC the frequency was covered with splatters from 
Europeans. I never heard in 25 years MW-dxing a TA signal at that time here in 
Germany 25 km NE of Wolfsburg.
