[HCDX]: BULLETIN: 1620 Argentina?

19 Dec at 0555 UTC, noted  SS talk on 1620 kHz, very weak, and erratically
fading to just a carrier.  No ID noted on the hour, and went to a couple of
pieces of vocal mx, sort of pop tunes, not very distinctive.  After 0612,
was mostly a man and woman in a discussion, sometimes impassioned, ending
with man saying "Alleluia!"

(that's what I would say if I got a firm ID on this one.  No mentions of
Cardinal or Esmeralda so far)  Thanks to Larry Godwin and Horacio A. Nigro
for alerting us to this possibility
