[HCDX]: Weather maps?

Listening to North America from Sweden on AM, it is always
exciting trying to catch those rare "hard-core stations".
At times, weather reports can be of good help.
Ever so often even temperatures can lead you the right way.

Is there a website where I can obtain USA-maps with
temperature figures? Let us say I was listening on the
1st December and would like to see a US map with temperatures - where can I find that on the web?
