incredibly strong at first, then began to deteriorate after 0215 or so.
CPBS/9340 and JOZ/9595 were also readable at fair/good levels. Extremely
unusual for signals from this part of the world to be even audible, let
alone solid, on 31 meters at this time of day. Noted again at 2332
