[HCDX]: NEWS: KCBS on 3940 again

NORTH KOREA

KCBS Chongjin (?) was observed at s/on 2000 Dec. 15 on NF 3940 for the
second time. This station was here for just one day Dec. 6 before it
returned to the usual 3945. SIO 322, jammed by South Korea as usual.
