CLANDESTINE (FROM NORTH KOREA TO SOUTH KOREA)

The Voice of National Salvation on 3480 was off the air Dec. 10, first
noted 1400. All the other frequencies were on, but 4557 had no audio
(silent carrier only) until about 1500.
