stronger 5005.04. The 41m freq has slipped down a bit from former

Surabaya as this was the exact freq it was on when logged on Maui.
Extremely rare to get anything, including a het on this freq. Conditions

woman until 1609, then item on waterways read by man until 1614. Then
music and portion of frequency schedule read by woman. Beginning to fade
out at  1616. Overall, good, readable signal, probably thanks to extreme
K Index of 6 - making long path propagation possible. ---FINE, VA USA

1652- 15150- INDONESIA- RRI Jakarta  1652  Wayang kulit till 1658, when
local ID for Programa Nasional and mentions of Programa Satu, wayang
kulit, and empat Waktu Indonesia Barat. Six high pips at 1700 followed
by generic RRI ID and warta berita. Astounding, beautiful signal, just
pounding in at room-filling volume! Extremely unusual reception. As you
might expect, this preceded an ionospheric disturbance that began late

by woman poking thru QRM at 2153 (best on LSB), delayed and very brief

anthem but music hrd 2209 just prior to fade. My 1st afternoon LP log of

good signal with lots of ID's, news, fax-no announcements and soon, but
speakers spoke to fast and modulation was to bad to really understand

seem to be on a tad later than usual on Sunday eves. Pgm of OA campo mx

Some long mx blocks, sometimes M anncr after every song. Many TCs.
Seemed to ment "ondas" quite a bit. Def. ment of Department de San
Martin and Cajamarca. Also poss. ID "Ondas del Rio..." and what sounded
like "Ondas Maranon(?)". One of the best signals yet but just can't copy

this much easier than usual. Still going at 0201 w/Spanish vocal by man.
