CLANDESTINE (FROM SOUTH KOREA TO NORTH KOREA)

Radio Echo of Hope 0300-0600 KK returned to the usual 6348 after two weeks
on 6345. 6348 was announced throughout. SIO 444.

NORTH KOREA

Frontline Soldiers Radio has been completely inactive since last observed
Oct. 21, 1400-2000 on 1613 kHz. 2625 was last heard in late September, and
3025 on Oct. 2.
