CLANDESTINE from SOUTH KOREA to NORTH KOREA

Radio Echo of Hope has been observed 0300-0600 on 6345, i.e. 3 kHz lower
than the usual (and announced) 6348, since last weekend. QSY? Frequency is
stable. SIO 433. I will keep monitoring.
