I cannot say anything for "more recent times", but in oct. 1993 I got very
rapidly (3 mths...) their  QSL card with f/d. 
Address was the one still mentioned in WRTH '97,  V/s (not very clear from
his signature) was a  Cornelius  "Rathamana" for SIBC.

I can only add "good luck"....
