[HCDX]: Continent of Media special time

If you have not yet heard the Oct edition of Continent of Media, which 
is about North American developments, not especially SW, and is only on 
RFPI, Wed 2300 and Thu 0700, there is a special time for UT Sun Oct 26: 
0300 and 1000 on 7385; perhaps also testing on 6970 at the earlier hour.
