[HCDX]: CET Changing!

To all extra-European DXers,

On 26th October, Central Europena Time (CET) goes back an hour and we 
enter in our winter time (UTC+1). This applies to the following 
countries:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia/Hercegovina, Croatia, 
Czech Rep., Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, 
Liechenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Nederlands, Norway, 
Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland; and the 
following North African countries: Tunisia and Libya. 

Portugal, Madeira Island, Canary Islands and Great Britain change to 
UTC, and Morocco remains on the UTC time (never changes).
Azores Islands changes to UTC-1 and Algeria remains on UTC-1.
Greece changes to UTC+2 with Cyprus, Israel, Syria, Lebanon and 
Turkey.

A very useful time changing for Northern European countries but completely 
useless in our Mediterranean countries!!!. Portuguese goverment is 
the only braveheart! to oppose it to this winter changes.
