[HCDX]: NEW ID OF RADIO CONGO

CONGO-BRAZAVILLE.  5985,  R.Congilaise de la Liberte,
hrd 1650 Oct 17 with nx in FR followed by ID by woman at 1700 as
"R.Democratic Congolaise," and just after anmts in African and FR, with
long
speeches (often hrd ment. of Angola, Unita, Savimbi, Kadafi) . At 1728 ID
as R.Congo. At  that time, reception was weak, with bad audio. But suddenly
at 1800, the ID cganged to "R. Congolais de la Liberte," and rectn became
better, with good audio. Hrd FR nx bltn with message of congratulations
from differnt federations praising the new leader and blaiming the Dictator
Lissouba. At 1835, just before a debate, R.Congolais de la Liberte was ancd
again.

 and to-day 20 October at18.38 and 19.00 the ID has been modified again as
Radio Congo liberte.
