Very strong openings on VHF band noted here in Spain this days:

13-Oct.97

13.35 Ch.3/4 ARD 1
13.30 Ch.R1 "Nova" (Slovakia?, TChekia?)
13.42 Ch.4 ORF-TV
13.47 Ch.3 RTBF-1, Sports live (videocrypt coding)
13.55 Ch4. UNID, upper right corner an 1 inside a rombic logo with some
letters below. film subtitled. At certain momment this             question
appears: "Hoezo?".

15-Oct.97

Very strong opening with Italy on FM (I supposse on TV band II too, but
I haven't rcver.) noted at 13.30 UTC till 15.00 (+/-). Logged on 92.6
and 93.3 "Radio Antenna Toscana 1" (Address Please?). DX signals to
around 102 MHz.
