Lao National Radio. 10-3-97, 1140-1210 UTC. 6130 weak, but steady
signal in the clear. Talks by woman in presumed Lao, haunting local
music, clock tower gongs on the hour, into news. Usual adjacent and
co-channel pests have been absent of late, and this time of year is great
for sunrise/sunset enhancement reception of Southeast Asia here in the
Southeastern U.S.
